The Wanted's Tom Parker & Wife Welcome 2nd Baby Amid His Brain Cancer Fight

Tom Parker is finding joy in becoming a father again amid his health battle.

The Wanted singer, who is currently battling stage four glioblastoma, has welcomed his second child with his wife, Kelsey Hardwick. Parker’s former bandmate, Max George, confirmed the exciting news during Tuesday’s (October 27) appearance on Lorraine.

"I spoke to him yesterday and he's doing good; he's doing great," George shared. "Kelsey gave birth to the second child last week. So, yeah, he's a fighter. So, Tom will be all right. If he's watching by the way…love you all."

Parker and Hardwick, who tied the knot in 2018, welcomed their first child, daughter Aurelia Rose Parker, in June 2019. The couple shared the news of their expectancy on social media back in May, with Parker confirming the pair would be expanding their family with a baby boy.

The joyous news comes during a difficult time for the couple, as Parker revealed earlier this month that he’d been diagnosed with a terminal brain tumor.

"We are all absolutely devastated but we are gonna fight this all the way,” the 32-year-old shared in an Instagram post at the time. “We don't want your sadness, we just want love and positivity and together we will raise awareness of this terrible disease and look for all available treatment options."

According to outlets, Parker’s particular tumor was described by doctors as a “worst-case scenario,” with the average survival time for patients being anywhere between a year and 18 months.

Our thoughts are with Parker and his family during this challenging time.
