Diddy's attorney has confirmed that his client will not accept a plea deal in his federal sex trafficking case.

Marc Agnifilo, the lead attorney for Sean "Diddy" Combs," appeared in TMZ's new documentary The Downfall of Diddy. During the program, Agnifilo opened up about his client's legal strategy including the mogul's plan to testify during the trial. Combs' lawyer also emphasized that his client won't make any plea bargains with the feds because "he believes he's innocent."

"He believes that he needs to stand up, not just for himself — his family and for everybody who's been targeted by the federal government."

Agnifilo said Combs plans to be "truthful about this case" to prove his innocence to his family and others in his circle. The Bad Boy founder has maintained that he's been targeted simply for being a successful Black man ever since the feds began to build their case against him earlier this year. Agnifilo amplified Combs' allegations in the documentary when he said the indictment was crafted “as a takedown of a successful Black man.” He also claimed that the government is “scrutinizing” his client's “business and his taxes" even though he did "everything right."

While Combs remains focused on his defense, more alleged evidence is pouring in from people who have come forward with complaints about the veteran music executive. Last week, a male sex worker reportedly turned in a video that allegedly features him engaged in a freak-off with Combs and a female escort. Meanwhile, two new lawsuits were recently filed by two more women who claim Combs drugged and raped them.

One woman, Thalia Graves, claimed Combs and his bodyguard sexually assaulted her in 2001 and recorded it. The other woman, Jane Doe, alleged she was also drugged and forced to have sex with Combs in 2022. According to TMZ, Combs got her pregnant and was harassed by his associates to get an abortion. She eventually had a miscarriage, but Combs wouldn't leave her alone and forced her to visit him up until July 2024.

TMZ's documentary The Downfall of Diddy is currently available on Tubi now.
