Viral sensation & Breakout Star of “The Four” on Fox Elijah Connor, was rushed Hospital in California via ambulance early Sunday morning from a recording studio due to exhaustion and dehydration. Elijah Connor is known for his role on the reality television series The Ultimate Merger. He also had a role in the movie Sparkle. He played himself in the NBC/Oxygen drama series Player Gets Played which I had the chance to play myself on his episode.
He went viral after his appearance on the Fox show "The Four" when him and Sean "Diddy" Combs had the most epic stare down in history. It was made into a .gif and has had over a billion impressions. I've seen first hand people walking up to him asking him, "aren't you". Since then Elijah has been recording and constantly on the grind. The pressure we sometime put on ourselves to succeed can take a mental toll on us. When it does our body well let us know in different ways its time for a break.
