Kalmar tabbed CSCAA All-American

RICHMOND, VA. - The College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) announced its NCAA Women's Division I award winners and All-Americans for the 2024-25 season on Monday afternoon.

All-Americans are selected on the basis of their finish at the NCAA Championships, only student-athletes who competed in their championship finals are eligible for All-America Honors. 241 athletes from 43 institutions earned First or Second Team All-America honors.

Aliz Kalmar was named second-team All-American in the 200 breaststroke. Kalmar brought in her first All-American honor of her career and second for the program since 2014.

The Hungarian native was a first-time NCAA qualifier and capped off the meet as the programs first-ever top-16 qualifier in any swimming event since the reinstatement year (2008). The junior finished the 200 breaststroke event in 16th place with a time of 2:09.17.
